My name is Debbie Kindon and I’m the founder of Positive Mindset Services Ltd.

The majority of sessions will be conducted with me.

I became a counsellor after teaching in a college for 21 years and handling the issues of teenagers.

The skills I learnt from this experience are transferable and have allowed me to work with different clients, including teenagers, couples, men, women and trans men/women.  I cover a range of issues from Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Depression, Trauma, Relationships and much more.

Whether you are suffering with anxiety, depression or a deep problem, I have the listening skills and a toolbox of techniques to help you.  As an integrated therapist, I will tailor the sessions to suit your needs with a range of techniques to help you find, explore, develop and support you with whatever you are going through.  I can help guide you and walk with you whilst you make that decision that you know is right for you. I can help you deal with or change life in a way that you feel comfortable doing it.

 

I will never force you or expect you do as I ask, but I may offer suggestions that maybe you might want to try.

Within our Mindfulness, tranquil office, I offer you a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space to talk through your issues.  

I have 21 years’ experience of working with teenagers in a teaching environment and have also vast experience of counselling teenagers, those whose lives have been touched by Cancer, Bereavement and Solvent and Drug abuse. I have experience of counselling clients in a work environment so understand the stress of both work and home life.

I offer face-to-face, online and telephone counselling which offer compassion, acceptance and healing. I will work hard to meet your needs adapting my techniques to suit you as an individual.
